I had some extensive work done to my car. It was done promptly and was done expertly, they even went above and beyond on my car. I was not overcharged and was overjoyed at the great work that was done. I found the owner and staff to be honest and not out to take my money. I highly recommend R&M Motors to everyone! I would rate them at 10 if possible, they are the absolute best at what they do and I would not trust my car to anyone else!

Just moved to Belmont. We shopped around for a mechanic as my wife travels for work and we need to keep up on maintenance. These guys went above and beyond to make sure her car was working fine. They were honest and did not try to sell me anything. They are efficient. I bring both vehicles there for everything now. They have great people that work here and we won't go anywhere else.

Great car repair center! Staff is 5 star. I had major repairs done on a old car for my daughter. They fixed all my concerns and did a follow up call to confirm I made it there safely with the car!!!! I was Wowed by the follow up car.

The ac went out on my van a few weeks ago and it was awful. We couldn't take the heat any longer. Well I googled automotive ac repair shops and saw one close to my house. It was R&M auto. They were great. I pulled in and they got to work on my odyssey quickly. They got the ac running great again. I was worried about price from the moment my ac stopped working but they got it done for a great price. I highly recommend them. We will definitely be returning customers. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I had a flat tire at 4am Friday and lucky was very close to R&M. I dropped off my truck and went to work. I had left them a voice mail explaining why my truck was there. The manger Richard promptly called me at 830am. I explained what needed to be done and had them put on a new tire (original was ruined) and to change my oil as well. Their guys took care of everything within about 45 minutes and the price was very fair. This has been my 1st experience with them and plan to go back and have them do my brakes within the month. They have several bays and can handle any maintenance job needing to be done as well as more problematic issues too. They seem to be a very Christian based company and all the folks I spoke to were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for any routine maintenance you need for your vehicle.

We moved to Mount Holly 11 years ago. R&M came to Mount Holly a little while after that and I'm sure glad they did. Reliable, Honest and customer care is what they are all about. My 16 year old truck loves them and my 4 year old car would much rather go there than to the dealer shop. Recently I asked if they could find a used tailgate for my truck. That afternoon they called that they had found one, would go and get it off the old truck it was still on and install it for me the next day. Done as usual by them, and remember they are not an auto body shop but they do what you ask if at all possible. Trust your work to Rich and his folks at R&M and you will not be disappointed.

R&M does great work. When I take my vehicle to them, I never have to worry about it not being fixed. I've never had to take a vehicle back after it had been worked on. It's don't right the first time! Staff is awesome to work with, and the are always professional. Only shop I trust in Gaston county!

I love R&M!! We have used them for 30yrs!! I live in another city now and still get my car oil change or repaired there when I can !!

I came to get my inspection done and the service was pretty good what really made me give them 5 stars is the fact that they have WiFi and the password is easy to see. Big kuddos R&M

I am new to Mt. Holly and when I was having car troubles I was skeptical about auto repair shops. I wanted somewhere I could trust and wouldn't be screwed over. I went to R & M based on their good reviews and their timeliness. For my first time here I have had such a great experience! They were upfront with me and honest. They worked thoroughly and diligently and notified me the second any changes occurred. They answered my many questions and didn't leave anything to the imagination. They were honest in trying to do the easiest and cheapest fix for my car to save me time and money. Their customer service was beyond excellent, they even brought me home and picked me up when my car was done! I will for sure be returning here for future appointments! Quality service at a great price!

I bring all my cars here. I had a 95 Toyota Camry I had R&M pretty much rebuild it. If you want good work and a honest Auto Center. This is place to go. Hands down, they are the best!
